Fire Safe Council of Rancho Bernardo


Fire Safe Council PresentationThe Rancho Bernardo Fire Safe Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making the greater Rancho Bernardo area a safer place in the event of wildfires.  It was established following the 2007 Witch Creek/Guejito Wildfires, which destroyed over 350 homes in Rancho Bernardo and almost 1,100 homes countywide.

Community Preparedness & Recovery (CP&R)


CERT Volunteers at RB AliveThe Community Preparedness & Recovery Program focuses on readiness for seniors through our “Be Prepared, Not Scared” Disaster Preparedness Education Program and our Senior and Disabled Evacuation Survey Project and promotes community-based readiness, response, and recovery in the North County Inland Interstate 15 Corridor area with the 4Cs Regional Catastrophic Disaster Planning Council.
